This is an English translation of the Chinese 《瓶瓶用户协议》. If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version prevails.
Welcome to PingPing. Please read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using it. By tapping "Agree & Continue", you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, you can still use the basic features that don't require an internet connection.
1. The service
- PingPing helps you manage your skincare products, build morning and evening routines based on ingredients, and keep track of your skin, and offers supporting features such as ingredient recognition, product recognition and skincare Q&A.
- Some features require an internet connection and are provided with a daily limit per device. We may adjust these limits and features depending on how the service is run.
2. Not medical advice
- PingPing's skincare plans, pairing alerts, ingredient notes and Advisor answers are everyday skincare references — not medical diagnosis or treatment advice, and not a substitute for a doctor.
- If your skin develops pus, widespread redness and swelling, severe pain, persistent itching or similar symptoms, please see a dermatologist at a hospital promptly.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or undergoing cosmetic medical procedures, please consult a doctor before using products.
3. Ingredient and product information
- Ingredient lists come from what you photograph or enter, our product library, and public web pages (such as product registration records and ingredient lookup websites). We do our best to check them, but there may be omissions or version differences — please rely on the product packaging.
- Recognition results (including photo product recognition and order recognition) are generated automatically and may be wrong. Please check them before adding products to your Cabinet.
- We may use product names and ingredients you choose to share to the product library to improve the public product library; these contain none of your personal information.
4. Acceptable use
- Please don't use PingPing to upload illegal or non-compliant content, or other people's photos or personal information, and don't use technical means to make bulk requests to or interfere with the service.
- When photographing products for recognition, please photograph only the products — don't capture faces or other people.
5. Data and accounts
- PingPing doesn't require an account. Your Cabinet, check-ins, diary, photos and 3D face models are stored on your own phone. Deleting the app or clearing your data in "Me" deletes them as well, and we cannot recover them for you.

6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by failures of networks, devices or third-party services (such as large language model or search services), or by inaccurate recognition results, except for losses caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Changes to these Terms
If these Terms change in important ways, we will ask for your consent again in the app and publish the updated version on this page.
8. PingPing Plus and auto-renewal
- PingPing's core features are free. "PingPing Plus" is an optional paid service that unlocks features such as unlimited Advisor questions, the next-week skin forecast, routine checkup, monthly recap cards, 3D scans and comparison, new product trial reviews, and empties and spending stats. The in-app membership page shows what's currently included.
- Plus is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription and a lifetime purchase. Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions: payment is charged to your Apple Account, and they renew automatically and are charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off before then. Renewal prices match those shown in the app.
- The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial (once per Apple Account). If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription; cancelling during the trial means you won't be charged.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone. After cancelling, Plus stays active until the end of the current period.
- Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's rules; please request refunds through Apple. After switching phones or reinstalling, tap "Restore" on the membership page.
- Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies to this app.
